What should I do if I receive a defective item?
We take pride in the quality of our products; however, due to the manufacturing process, there may be rare instances of defects. If you happen to receive an item with an issue, please contact us directly with your order number, a brief description of the problem, and photos that show the condition of the item. Our team will review your claim for further evaluation.
What should I do if I received the wrong item?
We strive to ensure that every order is packed correctly, but errors can occasionally occur. If you find that your order does not match the items you selected at checkout, please get in touch with us. Include your order number and photos of the incorrect item you received, and our team will assist you promptly.
Is it possible to cancel or modify my order?
Once an order has been placed, we are unable to make changes or cancellations online. If you no longer want an item, please return it and place a new order for the desired product.
I haven't received my order confirmation.
If you haven't received your order confirmation, there's no need to worry! This could be because your order is still being processed or the email may have landed in your spam folder.
We recommend checking with your bank to confirm that the transaction was successful.
If you still haven't received your confirmation within 24 hours of your purchase, please contact us and we'll be happy to assist you!
Are there customs fees for orders outside the EU?
All our orders are dispatched from our warehouse in the Netherlands. Therefore, if you are ordering from outside the EU, your country may impose additional import duties for you to receive your package. Please note that these charges are beyond our control, and it will be the customer's responsibility to cover any applicable fees.
Is there a physical store?
Hexaris Equestrian operates exclusively online and does not have a physical location. However, we will occasionally host a pop-up store at select competitions. Be sure to check our social media regularly to find out where we will be!
Can I apply discount codes to items that are already on sale?
Discounts cannot be combined, so codes will not be applicable to products that are already discounted.
