(1) General Conditions
1. Hexaris Equestrian offers products from the HEXARIS EQUESTRIAN brand through its website located at www.hexarisequestrian.com (hereafter referred to as the “Website”).
2. The General Terms and Conditions outlined below, in the version applicable at the time of your order, are the only terms that apply to all purchases made with Hexaris Equestrian and to the services we provide. We do not accept any alternative terms proposed by the customer. Any other agreements made with the customer shall be rendered null and void.
(2) Contract Formation and Website Usage Terms
The offers are available to customers with billing and shipping addresses in any country worldwide. Orders and other expressions of intent are legally binding only if submitted in Dutch or English. By accepting these terms and conditions, the customer confirms they are at least 18 years old, or if under 18, that they have the consent of a legal guardian. The display of products on the Website does not constitute an offer by Hexaris Equestrian to enter into a purchase agreement, but rather an invitation for customers to submit an offer.
By submitting the order form available on our website, you are making a binding offer to create a purchase agreement with us. You will submit an offer when you provide all necessary information during the ordering process and click the “Order with payment obligation” button. Before you confirm your order, you will be shown a summary of your entered details, allowing you to correct any mistakes. We reserve the right to accept your offer within two weeks – or three weeks for orders outside the EU.
Upon receiving your order, we will send you a confirmation email detailing your order. This confirmation is not an acceptance of your offer but serves for your information only. The purchase agreement between you and Hexaris Equestrian will only be concluded if we accept your offer by sending the ordered goods or by providing a written declaration of acceptance, which may also be sent via email.
If multiple products are ordered, they may arrive at different times. In such cases, shipping fees will only be charged once. The products displayed on the Website through digital images may slightly differ from the actual goods, which will not be considered a defect.
(3) Pricing and Shipping Costs
Prices are as indicated on www.hexarisequestrian.com at the time your offer is received. All prices include the applicable statutory VAT, excluding shipping costs. All amounts are listed in EUR. For details concerning shipping costs, please refer to the “Shipping Policy” section in our online store.
(4) Payment Terms
Customers can pay for items in the Hexaris Equestrian online store using PayPal, credit/debit cards, and several other secure payment methods. We reserve the right to exclude certain payment methods on a case-by-case basis. Cash or cheque payments are not accepted. If payment is made through any online method (e.g., PayPal, instant bank transfer), the customer expressly permits us to collect the due amounts at the time of the order.
(5) Delivery Terms and Risk Transfer
Delivery will be made from our warehouse to the address provided by the customer. Estimated delivery times can be found in the catalogue on our Website. If Hexaris Equestrian fails to deliver the ordered goods, we will promptly refund any payments made. The customer will have no further claims in this regard.
(6) Retention of Title
The goods ordered remain the property of Hexaris Equestrian until all purchased items delivered to the customer are paid for in full.
(7) Rights Regarding Defects and Liability
Legal provisions shall apply.

(9) Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within thirty days without providing a reason. The withdrawal period is thirty days from the day you or a third party designated by you (not the carrier) takes possession of the last item.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us via email at info@hexarisequestrian.com with a clear declaration of your decision to withdraw from this contract. Sending the notice before the end of the withdrawal period will suffice.
CONSEQUENCES OF WITHDRAWAL
If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs, without delay and at the latest within thirty days after we receive your withdrawal notice. The refund will be made using the same payment method you used for the original transaction unless otherwise agreed. No fees will be charged for the refund.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods. You must return the goods or hand them over to us promptly and, in any event, within thirty days after notifying us of your withdrawal. To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send the goods back before the thirty-day period expires. You will bear the direct costs of returning the goods. In order to receive the refund, the returned goods must be unworn, completely clean, in their original packaging, and with the hang tags intact.
You will only be liable for any diminished value of the goods if this loss is due to handling beyond what is necessary to ascertain the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
(10) Gift Cards
Gift cards for Hexaris Equestrian are available for purchase in the online shop. These gift cards can only be redeemed in the online shop and are issued exclusively in EUR. Gift cards will be sent as a PDF via email after purchase. They cannot be exchanged for cash or credit, except where required by law. Gift cards cannot be used to buy other gift cards, and only one gift cards can be redeemed per order. The gift card value will be applied towards the total order amount, including goods, VAT, and shipping costs. If the total value of the purchased goods is lower than the gift card value, the remaining amount will be forfeited. If the order total exceeds the gift card value, the customer must pay the difference using another payment method. The goods will be dispatched only after the full payment is received.
If you return goods purchased with a gift card within the specified time frame, the corresponding amount deducted will be provided as a new gift card sent via email.
Hexaris Equestrian is not liable for lost, stolen, or destroyed gift cards or for gift cards used without authorization, and will not compensate for any losses incurred.
(11) Liability for External Links
While we conduct thorough content checks, we cannot accept liability for the content of external links. The operators of linked pages are solely responsible for their content. Hexaris Equestrian does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or current relevance of the information provided on external websites to which we link.
(12) Image Rights
All rights to the images remain with Hexaris Equestrian. Any use without written permission is strictly prohibited.
(13) Severability, Jurisdiction, and Governing Law
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is deemed invalid, this will not affect the validity of
the remainder of the contract. The laws of The Netherlands shall govern these terms, with Amsterdam being the designated place of jurisdiction.
